This privacy policy explains the ways in which Blow & Blast uses, stores and protects personal information.

When visiting the Blow & Blast website, we may collect, store and use personal data including information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website, such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, length of visit and number of page views.

Blow & Blast also holds participants data for the purposes of:
  • Communicating with players to supply information, advice or materials (where applicable), or to notify attendees should an event be changed or cancelled.
  • Issuing e-mail reminders about forthcoming workshops and occasional additional events/services associated with the Blow & Blast team that might be of interest.
  • Providing details as required through the Covid 'track and trace' scheme.

The infomation we hold includes participants' names, instruments and e-mail addresses - and, in some cases, also postal addresses and telephone nmbers.  Individuals can request to see any data stored about them by contacting us at  Except where required to do so by law, we will not provide your personal information to any third parties without your express consent.  We take all practical steps to store your data securely.

If at any time, you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please
contact us to request this.  We will then delete your details from our records.

Occasionally, we take photographs/make recordings at Blow & Blast events for publicity purposes.  If you would prefer not to feature in promotional material, please let us know.

In instances where we tutor workshops or courses for third parties (e.g. Horsecross Arts, Benslow Music Trust, Higham Hall), data collected by these organisations will be covered by their respective privacy policies.
